Job Summary:

Provides each customer with exceptional customer service, a professional photography session and presents an exceptional product.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Associates make bank deposits each morning.
• Contributes to studio by accomplishing required results as needed or assigned.
• Manages time effectively through proper planning.
• Completes studio operational requirements according to company guidelines by completing assigned tasks.
• Conducts all procedures along with cleaning for the opening and closing of the studio.
• Adheres to company's uniform and grooming standards.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
• Ensures exceptional customer service is delivered to every customer, by scheduling appointments, providing price, product and service information, and answering questions.
• Ensures a quality product is delivered to every customer by editing, uploading, and printing according to the company's standards and procedures.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures consistently providing customers and other employees a safe and clean studio environment.
