JC's Speedy Lube Service Center & Tires is looking for candidates that have management and/or assistant management experience.
JC's Speedy Lube Service Center & Tires is a full service automotive facility with multiple locations and tons of growth potential. We are a sales driven business that has succeeded by providing superior customer service in a non-pressure atmosphere.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Effectively operating the business by promoting sales, profitability, and superior service within a specified store location
Ensure that the business operates under safe conditions according to established policies and procedures and in full compliance with federal and state regulations
Develop and provide leadership and direction to a team of employees
Build relationships with customers and vendors
Create and maintain schedules for employees
Maintain proper inventory numbers
Requirements
Be able to identify and have experience with automotive parts and products
Be able to utilize computer software to enter and track services and estimate mechanic work
Customer Service skills
12 months related experience in retail management - preferably automotive -
Automotive/Mechanic certification a plus
Pay will be based on experience.
