What you'll be doing:



    - Provides support in functional areas of a human resources department,
    - Duties may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations
    - Job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training

What You Need to Bring to the Table:



    - Associate's degree or its equivalent with zero to two (0-2) years of experience in the field or in a related area
    - Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
