The Central Coast Regional Commercial Banking Office is seeking a motivated, growth-oriented individual to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional to handle an existing portfolio of commercial banking clients and help us grow our customer base. We are located in beautiful Monterey, California, with many long- term customer relationships. Our goal is to help our clients succeed financially, by offering local credit decision making and dedicated support and product specialists.

Wells Fargo's Commercial Banking Group solicits and maintains relationships with middle-market businesses, with revenues ranging from $20 million to $2 billion. We offer a full array of credit, technologically advanced treasury management, foreign exchange, interest rate derivatives, investments and other products. Our team is committed to building solid, long-term customer relationships.

Middle market commercial banking relationship management duties include: representing the bank in developing and maintaining client relationships and generating revenues; actively participating in origination, structuring, and execution of credit transactions, working with product partners to provide treasury management, investment banking, foreign exchange, interest rate derivatives and other related services.

2.5+ years account relationship management or credit management experience. Demonstrated account relationship management experience; comprehensive knowledge of commercial and/or specialty group lending and loan servicing, products and credit practices, risk management, negotiating interest rates and price, terms and collateral requirements. Demonstrated success in sales and marketing; strong organizational, interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills. Experience in financial statement analysis and financial modeling including projections, UCA cash flow and covenant sensitivity Demonstrated ability to cross-sell relevant products and services Proven credit underwriting skills, including risk rating assessment Connectivity with Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito middle market business owners and centers of influence Demonstrated ability to source significant business within industry Professional experience in commercial banking or related industry through internships, part-time or full-time work, and/or extra-curricular activities in analyzing financial statements and assessing companies Team player with attention to detail and sense of urgency for achieving results
