Disney/ABC Television's Digital Media group is looking for a creative, forward-thinking individual to join the ABC Digital team in the role of Manager, Ad Sales & Sponsorship.

Based in Burbank, this Digital Ad Sales marketing meets-digital product development position calls for a zeal towards furthering ABC Digital's Ad Sales strategy with a focus on packaging digital media experiences into advertising solutions. While the primary responsibility of this role is overseeing the day-to-day sponsorship operations including developing and implementing campaigns, this position will play a role in advising on new sponsorship partnership solutions on and off our platforms.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are willing to jump in and help out where needed What you'll do: Manage day to day relationships with integrated marketing, sales and production throughout the pre & post sales process Continuously raise the bar and bring more digital, social and marketplace insights to ABC sponsorship packages Drive and Leverage innovation in everything we do and share best practices across divisions Help coordinate and meticulously organize sponsorship execution Interface with third party vendor and B2B partners in a professional way Responsibilities Work directly with content creators, consumer marketing and business operations in addition to the sales organization to create Ad Sales and Sponsorship packages. This includes: Communicating sales priorities to all stakeholders and turning digital media video content concepts into monetizable packages Manage execution of Ad Sales and Sponsorship campaigns to ensure all commitments are met and the consumer experiences are best in class. This includes: Gathering brand brief requirements and communicating the execution's vision Drive and oversee the campaign product development/creative production including managing communication flow inbound and out Manage third party B2B partners to build out meaningful scale, engagement and extensions to drive advertising campaign KPIs. This includes social networks, video portals and technology companies Provide quantifiable recommendations based on analysis of innovative solutions and competitor offerings, including interactive video ad units, branded original content and new distribution models As part of the ABC Digital Sales Strategy team, work on various projects related to new or improved digital ad executions

Basic Qualifications Minimum of 4 years experience with Digital Ad Sales, Integrated Marketing or sponsorships ideation/execution within a media network, publisher and/ or portal. Ability to analyze and provide recommendations based on performance metrics Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines Meticulous attention to detail PowerPoint, Keynote and Excel skills Passion for entertainment and digital media Ability to effectively operate in a matrixed corporate structure Solutions-oriented thinker Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 6 years experience with Digital Ad Sales, Integrated Marketing or sponsorships ideation/execution within a media network, publisher and/ or portal 2+ years of managerial experience Previous experience representing Digital Media team on cross functional marketing teams and larger company teams as necessary Required Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
