Job Description :

The Therapist provides clinical social work services on a designated unit in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Lakeside Behavioral Health. The Therapist is responsible for psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy, participation in treatment team planning, processing commitments, and discharge planning/case management service, crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources and other departments within the hospital.

Job Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology required. Prior experience working with a psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an inpatient setting. TN Social Work or Professional Counselor License preferred. Prefer knowledge of case management, discharge planning, group leadership skills, age specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management, family therapy theory and practice.
