The new Discover it ® card is designed to allow customers a new end-to-end customer experience that brings our positioning to life and strengthens our #1 in customer loyalty claim. Customer Care Specialists will be responsible for providing an enhanced customer experience for Discover it ® Customers. The Customer Care Specialist is a knowledgeable and empowered customer service agent that must be motivated to implement ideal relationship principles within every call. (Relationship Principles - personalized, friendly, anticipatory, flexible, tailored, attentive, helpful and inviting.

Qualifications

Amazing Customer Service - Expert Account Managers have the following;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
• Excellent customer service to both internal as well as external Customers.
• An ability to work in a fast paced, goal oriented environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs.
• Ensure compliance with Department policies and procedures
• A willingness to learn and promote card usage to our customer
