About this job
Daily activities include reconciling raw material and finished good production, usage, receipts, and shipments for a set of third-party copackers
Period inventory reconciliations and annual physical inventory observation for both Raw Materials and Finished Goods.
Period-end financial close activities. Provides key variance analysis and explanations to Management.
Assist Shared Services resolve discrepancies related to raw material receipts, credit and debit memos, invoice payments, etc.
Process weekly tolling payments, invoices, and assist the co-packer in applying the cash payments.
Additional duties may include invoice processing, pallet reconciliations, and special projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, CPA a plus.
2 years' experience in financial accounting, cost accounting, or financial analysis.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in using enterprise financial systems, SAP preferred.
Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite. Advanced MS Excel knowledge, i.e., use of VLOOKUP, logical statements, use of pivot tables.
A proven ability to work well in a team environment across functions.
