Position Description
* The Assistant Managers purpose is to Supervise, Train and Coach Internal Wholesalers and support External Sales Management and implement company initiatives.
* Provide coaching to Internal Wholesalers during Team Meetings & one on one training sessions. This includes product training, territory management, time management and communication with external wholesaler and brokerage customers.
* Act as Compliance Principal to Internal Wholesalers. This includes oversight to make sure employees adhere to compliance policies and procedures (email review, recorded call review).
* Provide support to Senior Sales Management and align the goals of the department with company goals and initiatives.
*Cover Territories, answer phone calls and run illustrations requests from producers and agencies when call volumes are high.
* Escalated Service issues from the Internal Wholesalers.

Position Requirements
* The job requires training and coaching internal wholesalers to be effective sales professionals. A challenge may include teaching the Internal Wholesalers to be product experts and refining their sales skills. Training sessions are conducted both in group and one on one sessions to accomplish this task.
* FINRA Series 6 or 7, 24 or 26, & 63 Registered
* CA , TX , IL State Insurance License (based upon office location)
