About this job
Join the Short Pump Goodwill team and experience flexible hours and an exciting work environment. You will help support our mission by providing exceptional customer service and assisting with keeping our retail store stocked with new items daily. We currently have full and part-time opportunities available. Our starting rate is $9.50 per hour.
Customer Service/Cashier:
* Greet each and every customer
* Provide an outstanding customer experience
* Assist customers in locating and/or selecting merchandise
* Process customer sales transactions quickly and accurately
* Assist in stocking the sales floor
* Maintain sales floor in a clean, neat and orderly fashion
Production Associates
* Inspect donations and for quality to determine marketability
* Stand and tag and sort donated items
* Produce appropriate number of textile items each day
Donation Attendants
* Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to all customers
* Assist customers with unloading their vehicle
* Safely, efficiently and accurately load trailers
