We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Human Resource Manager - Lafayette, GA.

****Must have ADP, HRIS, and SAP knowledge*** Manpower is recruiting for a Human Resource Manager for an automotive parts manufacturer in the Lafayette, GA area. Interested candidates must be able to work in a team-oriented environment. Experience with managing safety programs in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Two year degree preferred plus 3 years HR experience; however, a combination of education and experience will be accepted. Pay range $20-$24/hour, but will depend on experience. Background check and drug screen required. The HR Manager will be responsible for HRIS database maintenance and reporting, employee file maintenance, performance appraisal tracking and provide support to the HR Manager and department staff. The HR Manager will have a general knowledge of OSHA standards in manufacturing and will assist with ensuring compliance with these standards. In this position, the manager must be organized, with excellent communication skills and follow-through.
