Provide administrative support to a team of attorneys and paralegals, Business Banking (Mortgage & Card), Litigation, Corporate Secretary Office (CSO). May also provide back up as needed for Private Equity or GBAM/Global Transaction attorney(s). This position interacts with various personnel, including senior levels throughout the legal department and the company. The individual must effectively communicate and collaborate with both internal and external contacts.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

* Arrange and schedule business meetings and travel arrangements including itineraries.

* Act with a true sense of urgency and personal responsibility for results.

* Ability to work independently and effectively with others as part of a collaborative team.

* Must use considerable tact, diplomacy, judgment, and must be flexible/adaptable.

* Provide back-up administrative support as needed.

* Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff as well as outside clients.

* Demonstrates a high level of organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.

* Document preparation.

* Act as a receipt custodian for expense bills and complete expense reports for the assigned executives.

* Analyze data for accuracy.

* Compile various reports with accuracy.

* Demonstrate skills in accountability for assignments, attention to details and arranging meeting commitments for attorneys or others as needed.

Enterprise Description:

Provides administrative support to legal staff. Performs mostly clerical functions relating to legal matters, as well as some administrative tasks. Requires specific knowledge of legal processes and adequate to good word processing and PC skills.

Required Skills:

- 5 years experience providing administrative support at the senior management level and/or Legal experience.

- Solid organizational and prioritization skills.

- Superior accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under time constraints.

- Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Keen listening skills and Sound judgment.
