Customer Service Representative

We have a opening for a Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Manpower is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative position for one of our clients in Baltimore, Maryland!

Job Responsibilities:

• Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Will be speaking with customers on the phone
• Will be interfacing with computer applications and processes

Requirements/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Zero to three years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Strong customer service skills
• Amenable to work with computer applications and processes

Additional Details:

• Location: Baltimore, Maryland 21202
• Length of Contract: Six months
