Accounts Payable                            Full Time                              Monday - Friday, AM Shifts

Position Summary:

Maintain purchase orders and hotel checkbooks and ensure accurate and timely processing of all invoices.   Maintenance of our Buy Efficient workgroup, ensuring all purchase orders originating in buy efficient are “received” once invoiced from the vendors.  Establish and maintain a working relationship with all hotel vendors.  Work directly with hotel management staff by assisting them with purchase orders, invoices, checkbooks and reports when necessary.

  • Hospitality skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Language proficiency
  • Customer service skills
  • Understanding of Accounts Payable and basic Accounting knowledge
  • Use of calculator and computer literacy a must
  • Organizational skills a must
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to multi task

Education

  • 2 years of AP experience (related or unrelated to hotel industry)

Physical Requirements:

  • Bending as required for filing, etc.
  • Sitting for long periods of time
