About this job
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Patrol the interior and exterior of the hotel.
* Investigate crimes and accidents occurring in the hotel and create incident reports of guest and employee accidents and incidents.
* Comply with preventative safety and security measures.
* Assist in handling of unusual guest or employee problems, such as, but not limited to noise complaints, disorderly conduct, theft, power failures etc.
* Respond and assist with all emergency situations in the hotel as necessary.
* Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. (10%)
* Operate and control the keys, lock system, alarm system, surveillance system and fire protection system.
Education: High school or equivalent diploma
Experience required by position is minimum of 1 full year of employment in related position with Four Seasons or other organization, or Law Enforcement / Military experience. Also required knowledge and ability to operate computer equipment and to read and write in English.
