An In House Greeter with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for greeting guests, providing customer service, general location information, and directing guests to marketing desk locations.

What will I be doing?
An In House Greeter with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for greeting guests, providing customer service, general location information, and directing guests to marketing desk locations. Advise visitors about available services, pointing them to the Marketing Desk location, and otherwise sharing promotional materials. Distributes Hilton Grand Vacations authorized marketing material and information. Assist customers with general information inquiries.

Basic Qualifications

* 1 year proven customer service experience*  Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends*  Strong professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills in person, over e-mail, and on the telephone*  Self motivated and goal oriented with excellent communication & verbal presentation skills with the ability to persuade others and overcome objections*  Fluency in English (speak, read, write)* Ability to multi-task and balance priorities* High school/GED

Preferred Qualifications

*  Two years of college or equivalent experience in a business or retail environment
