Our client, a Roofing Construction & Remodeling Company, in Carmel, IN has asked us to help them find an Administrative Professional. During your assignment you will have access to benefits that can include medical, dental, vision, life, 401k, holiday pay, and earned vacation time. DUTIES: * Taking customer orders over the phone, via fax and via computer. * Work with social media handling all postings and communications. * Entering customer orders into the company database. * Reviewing orders for accuracy. * Forwarding special requests to the management team to develop specifications and pricing. * Gathering paperwork from each department multiple times daily and updating order status. * Expediting orders and answering customer inquiries regarding order status. * Generating invoices. * Managing Accounts Receivable, including collections. * Entering accounts payable transactions. * Other administrative duties, as required REQUIREMENTS: * The ideal candidate must have a great personality, customer service skills, and wonderful phone etiquette. * Candidates should have prior administrative support experience. * Customer service and accounting experience will be given top consideration. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel in particular, QuickBooks knowledge, and have accurate data entry skills.
