With your knack for solving tough problems and your focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will thrive in a Customer Specialist job with Verizon Wireless.

Here, you’ll harness your impressive multi-tasking and tech-savvy skills to resolve challenging customer issues including device-related troubleshooting, billing, service inquiries and more. Answering a high volume of customer calls, you'll deliver innovative, individualized solutions, satisfying the ever-changing needs of our diverse customer base.  Through it all, your ability to form a trusted bond, listen attentively and respond to their inquiries will make you the critical touch point between Verizon Wireless and our valued customers.

  • Total Annual Starting Compensation = $33,000
  • $8000 Tuition assistance (day one)

Qualifications

Full time positions only.

Must be available to work anytime during the hours of operation: Monday - Friday 7a to 11p and Saturday and Sunday from 8a to 9p, must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Next training class to begin: 10/6/15, training hours are 10pm to 7pm, Tuesday thru Saturday for 12 weeks, then your schedule will be 12pm to 9pm with Tuesday and Saturdays off.

Must be very proficient in computer navigation, multi-tasking and working with several software programs at the same time.
