Summary: The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides occupational therapy services under the direction of the Occupational Therapist and according to the physician's plan of care.
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Licenses/Certification : Current state license to practice occupational therapy. Proof of current CPR and Hepatitis profile. Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance.
Experience: One year experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
