* We are looking to recruit quality individuals to work both inbound and outbound phone calls for carious projects.
* Part Time positions available.
Responsibilities:
* Handel customers professionally and respectfully.
* Receive incoming calls from customer regarding billing, questions, and payment arrangements.
* Ensure a one call resolution with all customers.
* Track the results of all calls.
Required Skills/Education:
* Must be computer proficient with the ability to adapt to new computer programs.
* Must be able to think quickly when servicing customers.
* Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
