Providence is calling a Part-Time Home Health Physical Therapist to Providence Hospice and Home Care of Snohomish County in Everett, WA.

We are seeking an experienced and independent PT to join our team of caregivers who provide in home treatment programs to assist patients in restoring function, relieving pain, and preventing disability. This 3 day/week salaried position will cover a weekend schedule.

In this position you will:

Allow patients and their families to maintain dignity and independence while receiving safe, effective rehabilitation in the security of their home.

Consult with the physician and an interdisciplinary team in the development of a plan of treatment.

drive to your patients' homes throughout your assigned region on a daily basis

Use critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and your ability to make independent decisions.

utilize software programs for the maintenance of patient records and communication with team members.

Required qualifications for this position include:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree and a Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy

Current Physical Therapy (PT) licensure

Valid driver license and insured, reliable vehicle

Current CPR certification

One year experience in a therapist capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other related medical field
