Providence is calling a Part Tim Day shift, Nursing Institute Program Coordinator & Analyst to Providence Little Company of Mary in Torrance, CA.
In this position you will:
This role provides support to Providence Health & Services Southern California Nursing Institute domains -- Clinical Practice Standards (CPS) and -- Transition into Practice (TIP).
The level of support varies from project/program administrative support, providing stakeholder education as new/upgraded products/programs are implemented, database construction along with data analysis, report generation to an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
This role summary is intended to describe the essential functions and general content. It is not an exhaustive statement of all duties and responsibilities performed in this role. Other relevant duties and responsibilities may be assigned as appropriate.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's degree in related field.
Progressive computer proficiency (including all Microsoft Office programs, other database management systems, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced project/program management and coordination.
Ability to be resourceful; to be organized; and to ensure tasks are completed in timely manner.
Strong aptitude for follow-up and follow through.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
Committed to system and process improvements.
Detail oriented.
Customer focused
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Master's degree in related field
Healthcare knowledge and experience
