Sr. Pricing Manager - Full-time / Part-time

This is a Direct Placement position!

This position pays 105,000-110,000 depending on experience!

Reporting to the CFO, the Sr. Pricing Manager will lead the pricing function and be responsible for establishing the company's rate structure, standardizing the pricing methodology, and the development of pricing schedules, Price/Cost volumes and supporting cost/price strategies in response to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, SOWs and/or ROMs. You will work closely with Supply Chain and Operational staffs to ensure that labor and material costs are accurately reflected in the accounting systems and pricing analyses. You will interact with all functional groups and Senior Management and will play a central role in shaping pricing strategies to win multi-million dollar Federal Government, commercial and international procurements.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with Capture Manager, technical staff and functional departments to ensure accuracy of rate structure, labor and material costs
Develop fully compliant price proposals/cost volumes in response to Federal Government, commercial and international RFPs, RFQs, RFIs
Coordinate with functional groups to ensure the internal systems meet regulatory requirements
Provide guidance to the capture team on best pricing practices while improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the pricing function

Knowledge and Skill Level
Experience pricing to Governement requirments for products and services
Knowledge of all contract types including FFP, CPFF, CPAF and T&M
Knowledge of relevant governement regulations or standards, including FAR, CAS and DCAA
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal, written analytical and presentation skills
Ability to communicate and work well in a team environment
Ability to perform tasks with minimum supervision
Able to read an RFP and understand price volume deliverables
Experience working with ERP systems, knowledge of Epicor a plus
