Inside Sales Representative

Our client in Miramar is seeking the following type of representative for the Contact Center openings.

These positions are 100% Sales.

SALES experience - not necessarily in a call center retail, call center, face to face experience would be ok. The client is seeking motivated employees that are seeking a base salary position with the opportunity to make commission. If you're dying to get the person off the phone they're probably not the best fit.

Expectations:
- Candidate will be on an auto dialing system making about 200 calls per day

- They NEED to have experience selling!

- They will not receive commission within the first 90 business days but will be paid out after they are taken on permanently

- Training will be 5 intensive days of training followed by 5 days of Nesting followed by going out on the floor.

These employees will be making outbound calls to people in states where energy is deregulated. These people will already have an energy provider. Their job is to try and sell and convince them to switch to another supplier that is offering them a very similar product that can be more cost effective. Currently they work with 12 states and there are more states that are going to deregulate their energy going forward which will open up more avenues for their business. They offer incentives to people for switching discounts and other things to make it more appealing.
