About this job
The Pallet Shop Worker/Skid Builder is responsible for constructing skids for product shipment to customers according to specifications and blueprints. This position uses hand tools including hydraulic nail guns, overhead cranes, and forklifts. This position is also required to lift up to 50 lbs., by hand. In addition, the Pallet Shop Worker/Skid Builder may be called upon to perform other duties within the warehouse, as needed.

This position requires candidates to build pallets/ skids through the use of wood, saw, and air nail gun. Candidate may also experience crane operation, forklift operation and ancillary lifting devices. Blue-print reading skills required and being able to read ruler down to 1/16 inch.
