We're seeking a full-time Outpatient Rehab Services Manager. We value well-rounded individuals who are eager to adapt to new kinds of tasks and challenges. The position is also responsible for, but not limited to:
SCHEDULE
Full-Time
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for the overall management and growth of all therapy services offered within the Outpatient areas of the Rehab Services Department through collaboration with Director and Assistant Director of Rehab Services.
* Coordinates oversight of all therapy disciplines with PT, OT, ST Managers and support team members and is responsible for all clinical and administrative functions of the assigned departments.
*Oversees clinical quality, safety, and outcomes.
* Develops annual program goals, provides input into budget and monitors adequate level of resources.
* Develops and coordinates annual reviews and clinical competencies of staff.
* Ensures compliance with federal, state, JCAHO and organizational guidelines for the rehab program.
* Maintains own and supports staffs professional growth and development through seminars, workshops and professional affiliation to keep abreast of the latest trends in field of expertise.
* Ability to manage multiple competing tasks, develop effective plan for accomplishing daily tasks and manage priorities and allocation of available resources.
* Provides functional patient assessments and individualized rehabilitation plans with patient and family involvement (50% of time devoted to patient care).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership or Management experienced preferred
* Must have a current Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapy licenses in the State of California
* Must have a current CPR
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential.
* Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
* High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
