Description

Assist National Accounts Team in all administrative and coordinating aspects. Reporting to a Vice President while supporting four other VP’s, this position has direct responsibility for a wide range of complex administrative, coordinating, operational and governance tasks. Responsibilities include office management, frequent communication, necessitating exposure to and handling of sensitive information and administration of personnel policies and procedures. This position carries substantial responsibility and requires a broad range of skills and the ability to exercise considerable judgment, initiative, discretion and independence, particularly as it relates to confidential information.
Responsibilities:
  • Interprets and applies administrative procedures; takes initiative and makes timely and informed decisions and recommendations related to major administrative plans
  • Communicates effectively with a variety of internal and external constituencies as the primary information source on Vice President’s activities and responds to inquiries regarding operations and personnel
  • Work with Corporate Events to plan various high-level meetings throughout the year (i.e. football programs, trade shows, team meetings), including development of guest lists, catering requirements, and travel plans
  • Coordinate creation of customer presentations including internal presentations
  • Track promotional material distribution and manage indirect budgets
  • Prepares departmental agendas, correspondence, and memoranda; reviews, routes, and answers mail, composing responses for the VP’s as appropriate; prepares reports and other written material
  • Research, book travel and process expenses reports via Concur. Process payment of invoices via Siebel/TPM and Esker
  • Update daily, weekly and monthly reports including Webi and Nielsen
  • Track and Analyze reports for special team projects and planning events
  • Manage new hire procedure and IT requests
  • Provide coordination and support to the entire team

  • Experience with systems and software such as: ACNielsen NITRO, Microstrategy, Siebel/TPM, Margin Minder, and Concur


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 4 years of administrative experience
  • 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
