Aerotek is seeking Member Service Representatives with one to three years of call center experience. Ideal candidates must also have insurance industry experience.

Job Duties/Tasks:

  • Responsible for handling all inbound/outbound call and assuring that customer inquiries and concerns are fully resolved and/or transferred to the appropriate department
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves member issues and accurately documents everything in the system
  • Responds all questions regarding health plan benefits, claims, and billing
  • Responsible for effectively collaborating with cross-functional departments in order to resolve member issues
  • Must maintains high call quality standards at all times
  • Performance and success will be based on several factors; attitude/openness to feedback, quality of calls, member customer service survey results, attendance, availability/reliability

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of one year of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Insurance industry experience is highly preferred
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and problem solving
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Great computer skills
  • Must be able to start working on September 8th, 2015
