General Production Worker

This position supports the vision and goals of Hearth & Home Technologies by performing various manufacturing and assembly tasks to build fireplace and stove products.

Desired traits of a qualified applicant:
- 1-2 years of manufacturing or work experience
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (proven through past work experience)
- Must be able to lift 10lbs on a consistent basis
-Qualified candidates must be willing to submit to a drug screen, background check, and pre-employment physical.

Daily Duties:
- Use small power tools or hand tools (ie: screw gun, staple gun, rivet gun, wrench, etc) to construct sub-assemblies, assemblies and finished products.
- Operate small equipment (ie: roller, beader, spot welder, riveter, staker, lancers, crimpers, etc.)
- Perform box-out and packaging processes.
- Operate production equipment (flat wash, presses).

Various shifts available!

1st Shift Hours: 6:00am - 3:00pm with mandatory overtime based on season

2nd Shift Hours: 4:30pm - 2:00am with mandatory overtime based on season.

Wage premium for 2nd Shift: .50/hour
