Currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager/ Project Engineer for a General Contractor in Northern Virginia. This client specializes in a variety of commercial projects doing fit-outs and interior renovations. They also do some design-build and base-building projects.
Qualified candidates will be able to:
- Support management team
- Manage small projects from bid award to completion
- Interface with clients and subcontractors
- Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with contract documents
- Manage the RFI and submittal process
- Create project schedules (for small projects only)
- Bid and estimate for new projects
- Perform scope reviews and change order reviews
- Create and track budgets
