This position is graded as Exempt level 8 or L9. The selected candidate will be placed at the job level that is commensurate with prior experience and technical competency.
As a Finance Associate Manager within PepsiCo's Sales Finance team, you will be the primary focal point within Sales Finance for end-to-end financial trade process and system training / support.
Responsibilities include:
Update/ design an on-going training program for continued support and integration of new employees within North American Nutrition's Sales Finance Department. By working directly with Sales Finance Directors, ensure all documentation / key messaging drives continued success of PepsiCo's financial functions.
Training impacts effective decision-making of ~50 Sales Finance Managers/ Analysts and ~ Sales Finance Associate Analysts (TPAs).
Effectiveness should be measured pre and post training
Course topics include but are not limited to: SAP CRM Modules, Trade Accruals, BeX/ PSRA Reporting, Trade Analytics, Forecast Execution
Support Sales Finance operations by performing and/or influencing activities related to SAP CRM Trade Promotion Management maintenance.
oBased upon business impact, prioritize open tickets; provide user acceptance testing support; and, identifying potential enhancements to meet strategic plans.
oPerform business-owned functions that enable Sales Finance Analysts to more effectively perform their work (e.g. funds set up, pricing promotion guideline set up, ad hoc BeX requests)
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's Degree Required, Finance or Accounting
Work Experience:
3+ years of financial analyst experience
Instructional design/ corporate training experience
Skills & Capabilities:
Able to scope and assess training needs; create training materials; analyze business processes and set up training logistics
Test scenarios and other systems, transactions and data verifications defined in SAP
Understand and leverage CPG related financials and train individuals on how to perform forecasting, financial analytics, period close, liability reviews
Proficient with SAP, BEX, Business Objects and Excel
Strong communication skills including classroom presentations, written documentation
Strong project management experience; able to manage multiple priorities and provide progress reports
Limited travel; less than 5% of time
