Drago's Kitchen Manager

The Drago's Kitchen Manager oversees all operations of the Drago's Seafood Restaurant kitchen. Participates in all production areas of the kitchen. Inspects selects, and uses fruits, vegetables, meats, fish and other food products. Reads and employs math skills for recipes. Approves requisitions for supplies and food items for production on works. Responsible for hiring, training, supervising and actively participating in all the food production areas of the kitchen, but with particular emphasis on the management of the Drago's restaurant kitchen, in order to maintain Hilton's high standards of quality.
