PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR II (Brookfield area)
BASIC DESCRIPTION
Manage the manufacturing floor production workers and processes to meet quality, safety, and productivity standards.
JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer questions and clarify goals of all production workers.
Controls costs associated with Safety, Quality, Production, Staff, Scap/Waste management.
Conduct Performance Reviews with the workers on a timely basis as well as encouraging production workers development and promotion opportunities.
Supporting in the creation, development, and implementation of continuous improvement strategies- 5S, Lean Manufacturing
3-5+ years of supervisory experience.
