Professional Civil Engineer - Full-time / Part-time

MUST HAVES
PE licensed
Writing skills /well organized
Land Development experience ( site and roadway layout, grading and utility design, stormwater management design)
Project Management experience- taking projects from conception, through design and construction to completion (occupancy or sale)

Looking for a mid-level to senior level candidate, organizational skills is important to them. They are looking for someone who can take a project on fully from beginning to end, whlie managing staff resources. They will not be writing the proposals or scopes but will be involved witht he planning/ permitting process, writing documents to agencies for approval, etc. So their communication and writing skills are critically important.
The project management experience should be relative to the design and permitting of mid to large-scale development projects in Massachusetts.
These projects will consist of multi family and commercial (office) development.
