CNC Lathe Operator

Duties and Responsibilities:

5+ years experience with set-up and running CNC Lathes.
Team work.
Good CNC machine knowledge.
Set up CNC machines efficiently, 3 hours or less after training period.
Run 1st set-up part safely.
Great organizational practices.
Great quality.
Submit 1st articles.
Know and understand "G" and "M" codes.
Edit programs with approval.
Surface grind simple tooling.
Sharpen simple tooling.
Calculate correct speed and feeds

Purpose: Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment by performing the following duties.
