Maintenance Mechanic - Full-time / Part-time

The primary purpose of this position is to provide maintenance and mechanical support to ensure continued operation of the conveyor lines and sorting machines. The person shall maintain and repair various machinery, equipment, and systems. He/she will work as team members with various departments throughout the facility to attain all various productions and operation goals. Meeting the facility goals, includes, but is not limited to: contributing to the neatness and cleanliness of the facility and always following all established safety guidelines in order to operate safely and prevent accidents from occurring. Able to work at heights requiring the use of ladders or high lifts and/or unusual locations. Must follow established ergonomic body mechanics.

Must Responsibilities:
-Experience with Conveyor Systems
-Experience fixing/replacing belts, rollers, motors,etc.
-PLC background only at the Input/output level

To test, analyze, repair, maintain and install electrical, electro-mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems to ensure the continued operation of the facility.

4. Demonstrated high level of proficiency in wiring, motor hook ups, conveyor assembly, chain and sprocket, belt and sheave repairs

5. Perform preventive maintenance on all company equipment

6. Maintain, read, and work from drawing, blueprints, schematics to assemble/troubleshoot or repair various machinery equipment

7. Perform electro-mechanic installations and repairs for solenoid air operated control valves, relayed controlled switchgear, solenoid controlled hydraulic valves, clutches, brakes and their related components

8. Use of all tools and test equipment necessary for the maintenance and repair of all equipment in the facility including but not limited to meters, scopes, analyzers, standard mechanic tools, power tools, drill presses, micrometers, calipers, pipe cutters, threading tools, combination squares, drill bits, air power ratchets, impact wrenches, presses, sheers, lathes, vertical mill, etc.

9. Operate, test, repair, analyze, and maintain the performance of all material handling equipment

10. Operation of all facility vehicles

11. Must be able to work a Microsoft Based Tablet
