Aerotek Professional Services is seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Customer Service Representative for a leading resort management company in the Denver Metro Area.
Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls from guests to assist them in scheduling reservations at state and national parks.
- Full-Time Representatives will be working a minimum of 40 hours and Part-Time Representative will be working a mimum of 30 hours (can sign up for overtime to earn more hours)
- Must be available between 7 AM and 7 PM 7 days a week
- In classrom training will be provided for the first 8 days and will be 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Pays $11.75/hour for the first 3 months and then can earn incentives by upselling guests on signing up for more expereinces during their trip
- Previous upselling or retail sales experience is a plus
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience - retail, ticketing, call center, food service, etc.
- Looking for individuals that are technologically savvy
- Excellent attendance record from the past
