Scale Operator - Full-time / Part-time

Scale Operator

Wakeeney KS

Hours - 8am to 10pm (this time will fluctuate due to weather/etc)
Up to 6 or 7 days per week


As a Scale Operator, you will:
* Weigh and grade inbound and outbound grain
* Provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, knowledgeable interaction and behaviors.
* Balancing Account payable statements
* Running miscellaneous daily reports
* Be an involved/engaged member of a team and be willing to act and think independently.
Qualifications

Requirements
* Ability to problem solve and make decision as needed
* Demonstrated self starter and high initiative
* Strong customer service orientation
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Good Attendance Record & Work Ethics
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to work some long irregular hours (weekends and holidays included)

* Ability to learn and explore depths of career (Passion/Curious)
* Strong Communication, reading, writing & Math Skills
* Grain Grading knowledge
