About this job

Must Haves:
- Prior administrative experience in a business professional setting
- Document control experience from previous positions
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Professional

Main job duties:
- Support the Management and Senior Administrative staff at the firm
- Must support day to day operations including: preparation of document submittals, support of the departments in the preparation of documents, typing or spreadsheet input for calculations, specifications, and reports
- Review, properly format, and prepare the documents for transmittal and send them to the client
- Review, submit, and send 1-3 document packages per week (Each package of documents can included 50-250 pages)
- Perform other filing and general clerical duties
