This position is responsible for managing all aspects of technical product management and business analysis for t-mobile.com, including leading projects to drive the long-term strategic direction of the site, and optimize online customer acquisition.A critical role on the ecommerce team, this person will support enhancements to the customer experience on t-mobile.com as defined by the category management and marketing teams. This role will work closely with the category management, marketing, and EIT teams to drive deliver improvements to site capabilities and enhance the online customer shopping experience.
  • Thoroughly understands the company's business goals as they relate to the direction and strategy of company website.
  • Collaborates with internal and external teams to document business requirements and drives technical enhancements to the site.
  • Drives the flow of business requirements from the eCommerce category management and marketing teams to development partners, including the home page, landing pages, purchase path, through the shipment/activation of a handset.
  • Supports the vision of the customer experience as defined by the Category Management team, and participates in the planning and tactical implementation of monthly, quarterly and annual projects for the eCommerce channel to ensure a seamless customer experience, while maximizing online conversions.
  • Actively participates in defining the strategic direction and technology roadmap for the website.
  • Provides weekly analysis (trends, key metrics) to manager, team, executives, and key business owners.
  • Understands and is able to take action based upon site data as it relates to site visits, page views, click-through rates, conversions, sales and marketing investment productivity;


* 5 years formal technical product management experience at a large ecommerce organization* 3 years online and/or e-commerce marketing and effective site merchandizing, B2C ecommerce, leading product management and business analysis for eCommerce websites* 5 years formal business requirement document creation, business case creation* Understanding of web design/development concepts and processes* Intermediate experience in HTML, JavaScript, ASP and XML* E-Commerce Management* Web Strategy Management and Analysis* Performance AnalysisDesired* Direct experience working in one or more of the following industries US wireless (e.g., carrier, OEM, software provider, infrastructure provider, consulting or research firm), consumer electronics, or technology* Business Analysis and Technical Product Management Web Content Management* Business Case Analytics* Digital Advertising Management* Web DesignEducationMinimum Required* Bachelors Degree
