Assistant Project Manager - Union, IL
Full time, Temp-to-Hire
$13+/hour depending on skills and experience
This person will be responsible for providing direct support and assistance to the project management team.
Responsibilities include:
--Maintain and prepare project information sheets at point of work number assignment; update as information becomes available
--Maintain control sheets to reconcile purchase orders with the floor plan/layout, units manufactured/shipped/installed/billed
--Maintain a tracking log of all material received and quantities within control sheets and compare vs com (quoted) amounts
--Maintain control sheets using standard formats for measurement logs, work tickets, shipping logs, installation requirements, inventory pick lists, billing/invoicing, freight invoicing
--Assist with the following clerical tasks
--Work tickets printed and given to order administrator to put on floor (goal is at least 10 work days before shipment)
--Work orders assigned to jobs
--Log orders as produced / shipped / billed
--Maintain control log for picking inventory, shipping inventory, and inventory returned
--Maintain missing measure lists within control sheet to facilitate the project manager to identify what the project's needs are
--Input "punch list" into control sheet and maintain
--Generate paperwork upon direction from project manager for work tickets, inventory pick lists, shipping lists, and invoicing
--Create all manufacturing documents through standard format from work tickets, to project information sheet, to manufacturing labels on production floor
--Standardize "soft" and "hard" filing system across all projects
--Develop desk procedures which are standard for all assistants
