PrideStaff Financial, a specialized Accounting and Financial Staffing Firm, is seeking an Accounting Office Administrator for a local client. This is a direct hire opportunity with pay starting at $19.00/hour!

Accounting Office Administrator

Job Description:

As the Accounting Office Administrator you will run the day-to-day accounting functions. As the Accounting Office Administrator you will be tasked with the following daily but not limited to:
  • Full-Cycle Accounts Payable
  • Full-Cycle Accounts Receivables
  • Data Entry Payroll
  • New Hire paperwork
  • Work with partners to answer any of their questions in regards to medical benefits
  • Daily administrative duties to include: filing, answering phones, data entry etc.

    Accounting Office Administrator

    Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years’ experience in an Accounting Clerk Role
  • 3+ years’ experience in an Executive Administrative Role
  • Experience in QuickBooks
  • 10,000 kph
  • Typing 50 wpm
