This position will provide forecasting support to Specialty Workforce Management.  The forecaster will allow for effective use of resources for both call center and back office functions.
 
United Health Group has an opening for a Senior Workplace Business Analyst to support our business in a UHG office in Jacksonville, FL, Overland Park, KS, Costa Mesa, CA, or Tucson, AZ.   

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics or related field  OR equivalent work experience of 4 years in workforce management, process optimization,  business/finance analysis or similar capacity
At least one of these software experiences and expertise:   Nice IEX, Avaya CMS, Blue Pumpkin, or eWFM
2+ years' experience in forecasting workload requirements in call centers or back office environments
Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with strong presentation skills in all three applications
Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
The ability to build, maintain, and present clear staffing models
Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
Experience with Nice IEX, Avaya CMS, and regression modeling
