Manpower is now recruiting for a Night Production Supervisor for a great client with competitive pay and benefits. This is a Direct Hire Position! The position will be responsible for executing the production schedule, shift operating efficiencies, safety, house keeping, quality, employee relations and for effective communications relevant to plant performance. Directly supervises hourly personnel. Indirectly supervises warehouse, quality, and maintenance staff.
Candidates must understand complex manufacturing equipment and processes and have experience in food or pharmaceutical required, aseptic processing preferred.
