Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Responsible for handling all inbound calls regarding claims from policy holders from their agents. They use independent agents - questions can vary from "I just got in an accident", to "I need my agents phone number", to "what does my policy state", to "when is my check coming", etc.
This location handles workers comp, auto homeowner and some life insurance
Clerical duties: checks, form letters, copying, uploading documents
A lot of multi tasking duites
Being bilingual is a major plus
