Currently, we are seeking a variety of HR/Benefits Specialist including but limited to Benefits Service Center Specialist and Benefits Service Center Coach opportunities to join our team at 1434 Crossways Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23320. These positions vary between administrative support positions assisting people with inquiries regarding their Health and Welfare and Pension benefits. JOB SPECIFICS:
--Temporary Project Based Positions
--Competitive compensation plus growth potential!
--Service Center open Monday through Friday. (Must be flexible to work any shift between 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM)
--Paid training (MUST be present for training between the first 4-6 weeks)
--MUST be able to consent to a background check and drug testing
--MUST pass a 30 minute customer service assessment.
--Typing skills of 25 WPM or more.



Required Skills & Abilities:
--Must have High School Diploma/GED or higher
--Excellent oral and written communication
--Strong computer skills to include Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet Explorer
--Prior Defined Benefits, Health & Welfare and/or other benefits administration experience preferred



Preferred Skills:
--Preferred experience with Health & Welfare and Defined Benefits
--Preferred 1+ years' experience in Call Center/Customer Service/Service Center environment
