Aerotek Construction is looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager for a permanent position with our client, one of the fastest growing General Contractors in Washington DC.
Candidates will be an Assistant Project manager for one of the fastest growing GC's in the area. This company is looking for individuals with a strong foundation withing the construction industry. It is not required but highly desired for candidates to have a bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities for the position of Assistant Project Manager will be
% breakdown
40% will be submittal/RFI reviews,
10% will be updates and maintaing project schedules.
30% will be attending client meetings and maintaining minutes with Sr pm.
20% will be working with subcontractor scopes of work
Qualifications:
-2-5 years in Construction Management role with GC Experience
-Bachelors Degree
-Experience with submittal and RFI review, proficiency with MS Office
-Experience with Corporate interiors, mixed use, or retail projects highly desired
