Stockroom position and mailroom position open in Aurora

Position #1

Shift: 12pm-8:30pm

Duration: Indefinite Contract-To-Hire

Candidates in this posiiton will be in the warehouse, performing light picking and packing of hearing aids. They will also do some light data entry on the computer.

Extremely clean and temperature controlled

Performance Measuring: Candidates will be measured on the amount of products they pick and process every hour. This is a very repetitive task and requires candidates who have attention to detail and are motivated by hitting their goals.

The best candidate is at work every day and can work at a fast-paced/meet goals

don't need ANY previous warehouse experience. This is more about personaility and ability to work quickly.

1st Day Responsibilities: Candidates will start at 8AM for their first two days for orientation. After that they will go to the stockroom and train with another associate for the first few days. They won't be measured with metrics until their 3rd or 3th week

Paid OT after 40 hours

Position #2

Candidates will be in the mail room and responsible for unpacking and sorting mail. Candidates must have close attention to detail, ability to stand on feet all day and do an extremely repetitive job.

This position is guaranteed to be 30 hours every week. Start time is at 7:00am, Monday-Friday. If a candidate does well, enough he/she will be cross-trained in data entry and/or assembly and quickly be up to 40 hours each week.

No specific qualifications. Candidates will interview and need a resume, but it is based more off personality and willingness to learn.
