Responsibilities Demonstrates product presentation and has full knowledge of all features of product line - alpine and snowboard equipment
- High level communication skills
- Properly fit ski and snowboard equipment for guests
- Check out/in equipment for guests
- Provide a high level of customer service to all guests
- Clean restrooms and restock as necessary
- Performs other duties as assigned by rental shop lead or supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - preferred
- Previous rental shop experience - preferred
- Basic skiing and snowboard terminology - required.
- Must be willing to work holidays, evenings and weeeknds - required
- English - fluent - required. .
- Ability to lift 50 pounds - required.
- Must pass manufacturer test
- Knowledge of ski industry rental equipment - preferred
- Previous experience working in a guest service position - preferred.
- Ability to pay attention to details - preferred.
- Ability to multi task - preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge - preferred
- 18 years or older - preferred
