About this job

Key Responsibilities:

Motivate and maintain team morale and adherence to Company policies and process standards.
Provide a clean, organized and safe work environment for personnel to work in.
Coordinate daily production quantities by work order, parts and manpower availability, react to changing work flows in a timely manner, and expedite product as required.
Assist supervisors with new model introductions and process improvements.
Monitor usage of team supplies to prevent waste and provide feedback of defects.
Generate reports (i.e. performance monitoring charts, quality audits, etc.) and accurately complete all team paperwork (spreadsheets, daily defects, etc.).
Work with management to establish department goals, and guide the team towards the achievement of Company and department goals.
Performs other duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma
3 years experience in Manufacturing environment
2 years experience as a production or manufacturing lead

Other Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong PC skills with intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and familiarity with label printers and bar code scanners.
Strong technical experience, with a WMS, IMS, or ERP system.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels of Company personnel as well as external personnel.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
